Sunset Ridge
The Susalla couple was looking to downsize their home as they retire so they chose to have this traditional log style home built to fit their needs! With a single floor concept, the attached 8’x24’ front porch and the convenience of the attached garage this is the perfect home for anyone looking to downsize! Adding an attached deck off the dining room adds the extra space for outdoor hosting!
Alpine Lodge
The Holloway’s chose to have the Alpine Lodge model house built on their beautiful property! This house has an open floor plan concept with the great room with lots of windows overlooking their gently sloping property. This house is built on a full basement which has an additional bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet for added guest accommodations! To complete this project the garage was finished out with a metal ceiling and stained barn siding on the walls.
Dogwood
After many years of visiting the Holmes County area the Ealy family decided to build a house on the home farm for their daughter. They chose the Dogwood and added a garage and a basement plus added a beautiful, Timber Framed 10’x24’ back porch. This project was started with excavation and completed in under 3 months with Buckhorn Showcase providing the excavation services, foundation, heating / cooling and gutters.
Timber Haven
After getting married and starting their family the Linn’s decided to have this rustic / modern style Timber Haven built for them to raise their family! It has plenty of room on the inside from a nice main floor plan with the cathedral ceiling in the living room to the 2 bedrooms in the loft. Having the attached garage makes this the ultimate home that will serve it’s purpose well for many years!
Glacier
This Glacier home was built on a gorgeous piece of property on top of a hill with a splendid view for the Troyer’s !It was designed and built to host family outings and is a great place to unwind. The open kitchen / living room with lots of natural lighting is a great place to gather. The full walk-out basement has an added bedroom, bathroom and will have a future full kitchen. The added deck space and the lower patio gives this house a great outdoor living space!
Sunset Ridge
After losing his house due to a fire Hochstetler chose the Sunset Ridge to fulfill his needs! This 960 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms serves the purpose well and it even has a garage in the basement for a “small but mighty” feel! Off of the dining room is 12’x18’ open deck to enjoy the outdoors!
Ward Project
After building a previous home as a traditional on-site built house the Ward family wanted to have less hassle while building their new house so they chose to have a modular home built by Buckhorn Showcase! This is a 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom floor plan with 2 of the bedrooms and a full bathroom in the loft area of the house. With a full basement, an attached garage and a big covered porch this home has it all!
