Timeline and What to Expect

Typically 8-12 months from contract to move-in.

Once your final blueprint is approved, it moves through state approval. After that, manufacturing can be as little as six weeks. While your home is being built indoors, site work and foundation prep can move forward at the same time. Final setup and connections on-site usually take just a few more weeks.

Permits and Engineering Support

Buckhorn Showcase is a state-certified modular builder, and every home comes with engineer-approved blueprints. If local permits are needed, our team will work with you and your building department to help keep things moving.
